Voelkner order import

The problem has been solved. The fix has also been live since yesterday.
For the still open / incomplete orders, you have to trigger the order import once at “Setup > Markets > Voelkner > Data exchange > Order import”, specifying the time period, so that they receive an update and the missing data can be added subsequently.
Since 24.07.2025, Voelkner order import has occasionally been missing order updates, so that the affected orders remain in status 1.
A fix will be provided in the course of the day.
Subsequently, the order import for the period from 24.07 to today, 29.07.2025, must be triggered again manually.
The order import must be initiated via the Voelkner menu (“Setup > Markets > Voelkner > Data exchange > Order import”), specifying the time period. The orders then receive the necessary updates/address data.
