System information: Shopify-Refunds

Here is important on system changes, updates or announcements regarding Shopify-Refunds.

We regret to inform you that between January 5, 2026, 3:00 PM and January 6, 2026, 6:00 PM, a malfunction occurred in reporting refunds to Shopify. Unfortunately, during this time frame, refunds may have been transmitted with a zero amount (€0). Manual updating of these cases in Shopify is required to ensure the correct amount is refunded via Shopify. We understand that this causes additional effort and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
